How long will it take to make my piece?
- Wardrobe garments take four to six weeks from order confirmation to dispatch, because each piece is cut, sewn and pressed to order. Adornment from the open editions usually ships within one to two weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — worldwide, with full tracking via DHL Express and EMS. Complimentary shipping is included on orders of $200 USD and above. See the shipping page for transit times by region.
What is your return policy?
- Pieces may be returned, unworn and in their original packaging, within fourteen days of delivery. Made-to-measure garments and pierced-earring adornment are final sale. The full policy is on the returns page.
How does sizing work?
- We offer ready editions in XS through XL, drawn from our house pattern block. A detailed measurement chart is on each product page. If you are between sizes — or want a private measurement — write to the atelier and we will guide you.
Can I have a piece made to my measurements?
- Yes. Every wardrobe silhouette is available made-to-measure for a small surcharge. Email us your measurements — or come to the studio in Rosh Ha'Ayin by appointment — and we will cut the piece privately to you.
What materials do you use?
- Wardrobe: silk crepe, washed linen, brushed merino, fine cotton and Italian wool. Adornment: 925 sterling silver and 14k recycled gold. Origin and care are noted on every product page.
Where is the atelier?
- Our studio is in Rosh Ha'Ayin, Israel. Every garment is cut and finished by a single pair of hands in that one room.
Can I visit the studio?
- Yes — by appointment, Monday through Friday. Write to atelier@lekamka.com with a few dates that suit you and we will reply within one business day.
How should I care for my piece?
- A care card is sewn into the lining of every garment. As a rule: silks and wools dry-clean only, linens cool wash and steam, adornment kept dry and polished with a soft cloth.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer for studio collections. For made-to-measure or wholesale enquiries we issue invoices in USD or EUR.
Do you offer alterations?
- We alter every piece you order from us, at no charge for the first round, within the first three months of delivery. Outside that window — or for pieces bought elsewhere — alterations are quoted on request.
Are adornment pieces unique?
- Adornment is cast in editions of thirty. Each piece is numbered, signed and stamped with the LEKAMKA hallmark. Bespoke single-piece commissions are possible by writing to the atelier.
