Window
Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery. The fourteen days begin on the day your parcel arrives at the address you gave us, not on the day the order was placed.
Condition
Pieces must come back unworn, unaltered, free of perfume and animal hair, with the original hang tag and inside the linen wrap. Garments returned with signs of wear or odour cannot be refunded and will be sent back at the buyer's cost.
Made-to-measure
Garments cut to private measurements are final sale and cannot be returned. If a made-to-measure piece does not fit as expected, write to us — we will alter it in the studio at no charge for the first round of adjustments.
Adornment
Adornment may be returned if unworn, in its original pouch and box. Earrings, for hygiene reasons, are final sale.
How to return a piece
Write to atelier@lekamka.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply within one business day with a return label, address, and instructions. Please do not return a piece before you have heard back from us — we will not be able to receive it.
Return shipping
If the piece arrived flawed or differs from what was ordered, we cover the return shipping. For preference returns — change of mind, size or colour — the buyer covers the return shipping.
Refund timing
Once we have inspected the returned piece in studio, the refund is issued to the original card or method within five to ten business days. We will write to confirm when the refund is on its way.
Exchanges
We can exchange a piece for a different size or cloth, subject to availability. The new piece is cut once the original has been received and inspected.
If something is wrong
Should a piece arrive damaged, write to us within forty-eight hours with photographs of the issue and the parcel — we will replace, repair or refund without question.
