Pieces are prepared and sent from our studio in Jerusalem within a few business days of your order. If a piece needs a little longer, we will write to you right away.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Israel via DHL Express and EMS, with full tracking from dispatch to your door. If a destination is restricted by the carrier, we will write to suggest the closest option.
Transit times
Counted in business days after the piece leaves the atelier:
- Israel — 2–3 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union — 5–7 business days
- United States & Canada — 7–10 business days
- Asia, Australia & the Gulf — 7–14 business days
- Elsewhere — quoted on confirmation
Complimentary shipping
Orders of ₪600 or more ship free of charge to any destination we serve. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₪45 is added at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes — if any — are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient on delivery. We declare every parcel at its full sale value and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you the moment the piece is collected by the carrier. You will also receive a hand-written note inside the linen wrap when the piece arrives.
