Lead time
Wardrobe garments are cut to order in editions of twelve. From the day your order is confirmed, allow four to six weeks for the piece to be cut, sewn, pressed and signed in our studio in Rosh Ha'Ayin. Adornment is cast and finished in slightly shorter windows — one to two weeks for in-edition pieces, longer if a piece must be re-cast.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Israel via DHL Express and EMS, with full tracking from dispatch to your door. If a destination is restricted by the carrier, we will write to suggest the closest option.
Transit times
Counted in business days after the piece leaves the atelier:
- Israel — 2–3 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union — 5–7 business days
- United States & Canada — 7–10 business days
- Asia, Australia & the Gulf — 7–14 business days
- Elsewhere — quoted on confirmation
Complimentary shipping
Orders of $200 USD or more ship without charge to any destination we serve. Below that threshold, shipping is quoted to your address before payment and shown at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes — if any — are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient on delivery. We declare every parcel at its full sale value and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you the moment the piece is collected by the carrier. You will also receive a hand-written note inside the linen wrap when the piece arrives.
Local collection
If you are in Israel, you are welcome to collect your piece from the studio in Rosh Ha'Ayin by appointment — write to atelier@lekamka.com.
